About the Event

AHHA Rural Nurse Education 2024-25

In 2023, AHHA conducted a member survey on specialty nurse training needs. In response to collected feedback, we have curated a pilot year of programming serving nurses in critical access and small, rural hospitals, especially newly graduated nurses or nurses who are new to the rural setting. Four initial trainings are available. AHHA’s workforce development contract funds allow us to offer these trainings at no cost to our members. Note that during the registration process, nurses will need to provide verification of approval to take the course from their supervisor or facility nurse leader.
